(5) Prayers over the years
31 December 2019
The monks at the Buddha Garden on Mt.
Nakkerd led by Phra Preecha Piyathammo the
head monk, held an annual chant on the
midnight time of December 31, 2019 at the
Wienthien courtyard and also at, the Big
Buddha prayer hall.

(6) Support traffic
17 January 2020
Suporn Vanichakul, the president of the
foundation, donated the air conditioning unit
as well as installation in the traffic service
kiosk, at Wat Thepnimit Intersection.
Coordinated by police colonel Sujin
Nilabadee, of Vichit Provincial police station,
Muang district, Phuket province.

(7) Phrathera Myanmar
24 January 2020
Ashin Ottamathara Thera, the noble monk of
Myanmar, along with his entourage came to
experience the Phuket Big Buddha. Suporn
Vanichakul, the President of the Foundation,
invited him to lecture and visit at the various
locations. 40 of his followers also requested to
stay at the Buddha Garden on Mt. Nakkerd, prior
to his arrival.
